SAN FRANCISCO – Aug. 10, 2016 – BBK | beyond bookkeeping has completely moved all of its operations and clients to the cloud, attaining a significant milestone that has been in the making for more than a year. As of today, the bookkeeping and accounting firm is virtual: 100 percent cloud-based and paperless.
The move to the cloud affords an elevated level of service for the firm’s clients, who can now access real-time financial data anywhere at any time, have every document they need on-demand and hold one-on-one conversations with bookkeepers with only a click or tap.
The journey to the cloud began in April of 2015 and has included multiple milestones such as reducing office space and eliminating once necessary resources such messenger services, paper and postage stamps.
